Eden Lee
has been doing Pilates as a client since 1986. Eden is a former professional Ballet and Commercial Dancer, having danced within Australia and Internationally. Upon retiring from Dance Eden has continued to pursue his passion of working with people and their physical bodies.
Eden has attained a Dip Dance from the Australian Ballet School, Dip Health Science and a Body Arts and Science Pilates Certification, as well as attending numerous courses and professional development seminars, since becoming a certified Pilates Professional in 1999. Pilates Central was established on the Gold Coast in 2001 and has been operating continuously since then. Centrally located in Bundall, Pilates Central has a full compliment of Pilates Studio equipment as well as a wide variety of accessory equipment to tailor your workout to your personal needs.
Eden works closely with a variety of health professionals, always striving to bring out the best in his clients and himself.
